Who's behind spawnpoint
spawnpoint is built by two builders who got tired of watching great little tools die in a localhost tab. Yes, the red is Rutgers Scarlet: classes of '25 and '26.
Mannan Shukla
Co-founder and CTO
Mannan ships AI infrastructure. He built cloud infrastructure at Voltage Park, a GPU neocloud, and at Rutgers he led RUSLUG, the Rutgers Student Linux User Group. He started spawnpoint to fix the last mile: agents already write the software, so deploying and sharing it should be one sentence.
Jack Aregood
Co-founder and CEO
Jack got his start in sneaker automation, shipping bots that beat some of the most hostile anti-bot defenses on the consumer internet. That skill set turned into offensive security: he found vulnerabilities for Rutgers and for Uber. At Rutgers he led the Road to Silicon Valley program. He's responsible for putting spawnpoint in the hands of users and making sure everything is super secure.
Why we built it
Every team runs things its own way, and agents can now build the exact tool you need in minutes. But deploying and sharing that tool still meant wrestling a cloud built for software a thousand times bigger. spawnpoint deletes that step. Small software should be as easy to share as a Google Doc.
